You can download the videos in two resolutions:

• Low Resolution: Encoded at 300Kbps which is the quality of the streaming videos seen on this page.
• High Resolution: Encoded at 1,000Kbps for higher quality.

If you plan to transfer videos to a portable device, you'll want to download the low-res version (screen resolution 320x240) as most portable players don't support the resolution (416x320) of the high-res videos.

Note that the average file size is 8MB for the low-res videos and 24MB for the high-res videos - and it will take three times longer to download the high-res videos (around 5 mins average).
